CALENDARS

Check out our weekly reminder calendars. We post them here as well as send snapshots of them out in e-mail every week and they cover the next ten days. Each of the mailed weekly calendars has a handy list of free webinars too!

READ THEM NOW:

PIMA COUNTY short term
MARICOPA COUNTY short term
ARIZONA STATEWIDE long term
WEBINARS and phone-only CONFERENCE CALLS.

For a list of the best of this week's specials at major Arizona grocery stores see SAM'S ARIZONA GROCERY DEALS. It is updated every Wednesday morning, just a few hours after the grocery ads come out.

The FOOD RESCUE page has been discontinued.

Described movies holds a list of theaters that are equipped to show them, with contact numbers here.

WEEKLY CALENDARS IN YOUR E-MAIL

To subscribe to one of our weekly reminder calendars in your email every Thursday evening, or to send a blindness or other visual impairment related event, send a note to us at info@emvia.org. Be sure to let us know which calendar you want: Pima County, Maricopa County, or Arizona Statewide, and if you want Arizona Grocery Deals to show up (separately) too!

CALENDAR FORMAT

These calendars have short REMINDER entries and details may be skimpy. Nobody wants to read twenty pages of details they're not interested in. Where possible, every entry has an email link, a phone number, and a web link for more and up to date information.

NOTICE ABOUT THE ARIZONA OPEN MEETING LAW

Arizona non-governmental agencies and other associations are not bound by the Arizona Open Meeting Law. This means that they are not required by any law to give clear advanced notice of board meetings and are not required to allow the public to have access to those meetings.

However, if you want to promote your agency meetings as open to the public, we will gladly list the meetings here. If you are a representative of a non-governmental agency and do NOT want your board meetings publicized, tell us about that too and we will not list them.

All event listings must have a direct connection to blindness, low vision, and/or other visual impairment issues.
