SAZCB community dining fundraiser is all day from 11:00 a.mn. to 11:00 p.m. at On The Border Restaurant & Cantina on Broadway in Tucson. Bring a FLYER and 20 per cent of the money you pay on your bill, with very few exceptions, goes directly to the Southern Arizona Council of the Blind. The SIERRA VISTA LOW VISION SUPPORT GROUP meets every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 at the Oscar Yrun Community Center on Tacoma Street. Everyone is welcome. Call Bill Hall at 520-458-6441.

THE ARIZONA COUNCIL OF THE BLIND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING and board officers and directors election is at the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Phoenix from 9:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. No fees for members and non-members only need to come up with a five dollar pizza fee. Steve Welker will share about his journey with blindness and his current pursuits, Officer Walter Olsen will talk about personal safety, and AzCB member Roy Stinson will share about his journey with vision loss.
